Applications are invited from Xavier Labour Relations Institute (XLRI), Jamshedpur, for Fellow Programme in Management (FPM) for the session starting in 2018 in the following specializations

The admissions will take place through XLRI Research Aptitude Test (XL-RAPT-2018), which will be conducted on January 7, 2018.
Eligibility:
Candidates must have postgraduate degree. Applicant should have passed centres of higher learning with at least 55% marks (50% for SC/ST), a bachelor’s degree with at least 60% marks (55% for SC/ST candidates).
A professional qualification like CA, ICWA or CS with at least 55% marks (50% for SC/ST candidates) Or
A BE/BTech degree or its equivalent with at least 60% marks (50% for SC/ST candidates) and two years of relevant work experience
