The Kerala Pareeksha Bhavan has notified that the Kerala SSLC examination will be held from March 17, 2021 as per the timetable released by the education department, which is available below. Kerala is the first state to conduct the examinations this year. The Government will ensure that the exams will be conducted with strict coronavirus prevention measures – ensuring seating arrangements considering the social distancing norms, sanitising exam rooms, thermal scanning of students, ensuring availability of masks and hand rubs, and physical distancing – in place. Focus Areas for SSLC Exam 2021
This year the major part of the classes are held online using the Victers platform. These classes had its own shortcomings. Moreover, many students could not attend the classes because of the lack of technology and infrastructure. New Exam Pattern for SSLC Exam March 2021
For the examination, you will get double the number of questions, for e.g.; for 40 mark examination, you will be provided with questions for 80 marks, from that 75% of questions will be taken from Focus Areas. i.e., 60 mark questions will come from focus areas. Students will get the option to answer all the questions. If you get more than 40 marks, it will be considered as 40/40 i.e., 100%. Read the SCERT clarification given below for more details
