The Kerala Teacher Eligibility Test (KTET) is a state-level eligibility exam conducted by Kerala Pareeksha Bhavan to for teachers for Lower Primary (LP), Upper Primary (UP), and High Schools in Kerala. KTET is an important qualifying test for those aiming to teach in government or aided schools, and is structured into four categories — with Category I dedicated to Lower Primary (LP) teachers.
