The online learning platforms adopted by many schools had failed to achieve its aim because of the lack of infrastructure and the limited learning support.

Considering all these, the authorities has decided to increase the number of objective questions in this years question papers. Previously, there was 20 such questions available for students to answer. This year, the number of MCQ questions has been increased to 30. This will help the students to achieve a higher score. The total score of the examination will remain the same, and there will be a reduction in the number of 2, 3- and 5-Mark descriptive questions.
