Kerala Onam Exam Previous year question papers

The General Education Department is expected to conduct the First Summative (Onam) Examination 2026 in government and aided schools across Kerala from 10th August 2026. The examination serves as an assessment of the portions covered during the first phase of the academic year and is an important milestone for students before the Onam vacation. As part of their preparation, students can benefit from practicing previous years’ question papers and reviewing answer keys to understand the examination pattern, question types, marking scheme, and important areas of the syllabus. These resources also help improve time management and self-assessment. For the convenience of students, teachers, and parents, previous years’ First Term (Onam) question papers and answer keys for various classes and subjects are provided below and can be downloaded in PDF format.

Onam exam 2026-Minimum mark system and other changes

The state government will introduce a minimum mark requirement for written examinations in classes 5 to 9 of government schools, starting with the upcoming Onam exams. Students must secure at least 30% marks in each subject’s written test. Those who fall short will be given two weeks of special academic support programmes in September, with assistance from school PTAs and local bodies. These programmes will be monitored by education officers from the AEO level and above,

How Much to study?- Scheme of Work for First Term Exam 2026

The portions to be completed/ lessons to be studied for the first term examination will be available  at Scheme of Work- STD I to X

First term exam 2026- Detailed timetable

The first term examination for the academic year 2025-26 is scheduled to be held from August 10th to 21st. Detailed timetable for the examination will be available for download when it is released by the education department.

    We science group student’s want most important questions that would come in the exam ,,then only the pass % of science in kerala improves.
    Understand the need of a student who was studying science,and work for that..Science is not a subject who’s a student can vomit on the exam ..Hope you will do more good things for improve coming FUTURE
