The COVID-19 pandemic has become a major public health challenge worldwide and its social distancing needs has had a major impact on education. The policy of compulsory physical distancing has been implemented in Kerala classrooms by suspending regular classroom sessions and opting for online methods to conduct classes.

Though the department is yet to announce the question paper pattern, it is expected to get options for all the questions. One option will be always from the portions designated as focus areas.
