Individual Study Project and Company Visits

Each scholar is required to identify a topic area related to her own professional experience. The scholars are allocated an academic supervisor who will assist them to develop their topic outline into a study project. This preparatory work begins before the scholars leave India and continues throughout the course, culminating in a 6,000-word project that is presented to the group and selected staff members during the final week of the course.

In addition, scholars undertake company visits during the course. These may be identified prior to scholars arriving in the UK. Some of the largest organisations from both the public and private sectors in the UK have participated in the past.
