Eligibility: Foreign scientists

Note: Applications are submitted to JSPS by Japanese scientists. Direct applications by foreign scientists or through diplomatic channels are not acceptable. The whole programme is covered by INSA-JSPS Agreement. Indian nationals may contact INSA.
