BSc(IT) through distance education

I stay at Mumbai and want to do BSc(IT) through distance education.Now there are 2 options available to me: 1)Sikkim Manipal University, 2) Annamalai university.
Can anyone tell which will be good? I am confused! We, in Mumbai, hear about Sikkim Manipal University more but somewhere over internet I found Annamalai university carrying a '4 star' ratings. Please help!! [font=Arial][size=small]

Comparatively, Annamalai university is older and well established university of south India, while sikkim manipal university has gained its ground in recent years.

I would suggest you to go with Annamalai.

Thank you amit. but the thing is that at Annamalai they have 2 compulsory languages out of which English is one. the other has to be any one out of Tamil/Hindi/French. I can go with Hindi but it has been years I wrote Hindi.
