Hi buddy
I don't think i is good idea to do M.Phil in computer science in distance learning.you need to have practical knowledge in there.I mean if you are asking for UGC recognize university then it might be not possible.Be aware there are many foreign and other universities are there offering this kind of courses they might be fake...
