Who all are exempted from Kerala TET ? UGC-NET holders need to take TET again ?

Candidates with M.Phil, Ph.D, and those who passed UGC-NET. Higher Secondary SET, CTET need not take Kerala TET again.

Can you please give /point circuler for the same...I tryed search in kerala gov sites and in google only directed to this post..
