Please tell me whether Sri Devraj Urs Academy of Higher Education and Reserch, Kolar, Karnataka is recognized by UGC and their degrees are valid ? My cousin got admission there and please advice can I join there or not ?

The University and its programs are recognised by UGC, but it included in the blacklisted universities in 2010 for violating the norms
