I am pursuing BTech. Can I apply for Phd at Indian Institute of Astrophysics (IIA), Bangalore?

Students who expect to complete their M.Sc., Integrated M.Sc. or B.E./B.Tech./M.E./M.Tech. degrees by August 2013 with 55% marks or more are eligible to apply for Phd at IIA.. The selection procedure will involve: a screening test, and personal interview at IIA, Bangalore for those candidates shortlisted in the screening test.
