Subject: History

Level: research (pre-PhD independent study, or the first year of a higher degree).

Duration: One year

Eligibility: Open to graduates of any university who are at an early stage of their research career.

Value: University fees and a maintenance allowance of £ 6,000.

Note: Applicants must have received their first degree by August 1996 and not have graduated earlier than June 1995. Holders of the scholarship must become members of Christ's College.

Last date: 1 July of the year of award.
