Field of Study: Arts, Social Sciences, Science Level: Master's or PhD. research level.

Value: Scholarships covering tuition fees to a maximum of £ 2,200 per annum; bursaries of up to £ 1,000.

Eligibility: An honours degree of a recognised university or an equivalent qualification.

General Information: These awards may be used to supplement financial support obtained from other sources. Applicants must have been accepted for a Master's/ PhD research programme in the above-mentioned areas, and should therefore first send in their application to the department in which they propose to work.

Last date: I June for the following year.
