TURKISH GOVERNMENT SCHOLARSHIPS

Fields of Study: Architecture, Earthquake Engineering, Archeology, History.

Four (4) Scholarships are offered to Indian nationals for 8 months duration.

Eligibility: Qualifications for

Architecture: Bachelor's degree in Architecture with 60% marks. Earthquake Engineering: Completed Masters degree in applied geology or allied field with 60% marks.

Archeology: Completed Masters degree in related subject with at least 50% marks.

History: Completed Masters degree with 55% marks. Age: Below 40 years (42 years for SC/ST).

Experience: At least two consecutive years' study/teaching/research/ practical experience as on May in the subject field selected after obtaining the prescribed qualifications. Fluent in Turkish, Eng. or French.

Value: 30,000,000. Turkish Lira per month. This amount has been fixed taking into consideration only a single person's requirements.

Passage cost: Travel expenses from India to Turky and back will have to be borne by the candidate or his/her employer/sponsor.
