IRISH GOVERNMENT
Diploma in Compensatory and Remedial Education


Qualification: First class B.Ed. degree with two years teaching experience as on 30 September. Objectives: To equip the teacher with the necessary conceptual framework and the skill to identify learning difficulties and to plan effective programmes for pupils.

Age: The candidate should be in the age group of 23 to 33 years as on September 30.
Duration: Usually one Academic year.
Date of commencement of Course: September/October.
Value & Passage Cost: These scholarships provide for the cost of travel from India to Ireland and back. All University fees and a living allowance for the duration of stay in Ireand. In addition, smaller allowances for books, preparation of thesis, warm clothing etc. are provided, as per the Irish Govt. Fellowship rules.
