Post-Graduate Research Traineeships

The Programme: Research leading to the award of Ph. D. degree of Indian Universities at Central Drug Research Institute, Lucknow.

The selections are made under two categories:

Category 1: Candidates who have already cleared CSIR-UGC-NET Examination but not awarded the CSIR fellowship. Selection of candidates under this category is based on an interview only.

Category 2: General Candidates: The selection is through research aptitude test and interview.

Stipend: Monthly stipend of Rs. 4000/- per month is given.

Period: Maximum 5 year

Age: The age limit is 28 years as on July, relaxable by 5 year for SC/ST/women and physically handicapped applicants and 3 year for candidates belonging to OBC.
