Field of Study: Science

Eligibility: Ph.D. degree in Chemistry/Biophysics/Botany/Microbiology/ Biochemistry/Life Science/Environmental Sciences/Animal Physiology/ Immunology for the award of in the Post Doctoral Training programme, sponsored by Department of Biotechnology and submitted their Ph.D. thesis are also eligible to apply, but they may be appointed as "Project Fellow" till they obtain the degree.

Age: Below 35 years.

Scholarship: The consolidated emoluments for Ph.D. Fellows is Rs. 1 1.690/- p.m., inclusive of H.R.A. and Medical Benefit as per Institute Rules. Both way 2nd Class Railway fare by shortest route is given to the outstation candidates called for interview. Limited hostel accommodation is available on first come first serve basis.
