IIM Kashipur Fellowship Programme in Management admissions 2015
Indian Institute of Management (IIM), Kashipur, invites applications for admission to Fellowship Programme in Management (FPM) to be conducted at during the Academic Year 2015-16.

Candidates for the programme must have one of the following qualifications obtained from any of the universities incorporated by an act of the central or state legislature in India or other educational institutions established by an act of parliament or declared to be deemed as a university under section 3 of UGC Act, 1956, or possess an equivalent qualification recognized by the Ministry of HRD, Government of India, or an equivalent qualification from an institution approved by AICTE.
A master’s degree in any discipline with at least 60% marks or equivalent grade point average with a Bachelor’s degree / equivalent qualification after completing higher secondary schooling (10+2) (OR)
Five year integrated Master’s Degree Programme in any discipline with at least 60% marks, obtained after completing higher secondary schooling (10+2) or equivalent (OR)
A professional qualification like CA, ICWA, CS with at least 60% marks or equivalent grade point average (OR)
4 years / 8 semester bachelor’s degree (BE / BTech / BArch etc.) with at least 60% marks or equivalent grade point average.
* In addition, all the candidates must have secured a minimum of 55 % marks in all their previous public examinations starting with the secondary level.
Work experience in industry or academics (in reputed organizations), though not mandatory, will be given due credit in the selection process. The work experience as full-time executives or as management teachers in an organization / institution of repute is only considered as the valid experience.
Those who are appearing for their final year examination in the current academic year may also apply. However, their admission to the programme, if selected, will be provisional subject to their successful completion of all requirements for completing the relevant degree before 30 June 2015 (a letter needs to be obtained by the FPM scholar from the Head of the concerned Institution to this effect) and compulsorily producing the degree completion certificates by 31st December 2015 (satisfying all the eligibility criteria).
The entire selection process focuses on comprehending an applicant’s motivation and research capability. Interviews of shortlisted applicants allow the Institute to determine the candidates’ motivation for research. Candidates need to submit the relevant test scores along with application form. Only shortlisted applicants will be called for personal interview. The subsequent personal interview determines the academic preparation of the candidate for the specific area he / she has applied. Any applicant can apply at most to two different areas of specialization.
Applicants need to take Common Admission Test (CAT) in 2014 or depending on chosen specializations, alternative test scores in lieu of the CAT score as specified below can be provided (these other Tests must have been taken in preceding two years period on the date of application):

*Standard test scores not required for PGP/PGDM (two year fulltime) alumni of all IIMs who have passed with a minimum CGPA of 6 on a 10 point scale or an equivalent 3.0 in 4.0 point scale or equivalent (passed in the preceding ten years period at the time of the application).
The personal interview of all the qualifying candidates will be conducted at IIM Kashipur on April 30, 2015.
