I completed +2 in 2009. Am I eligible to apply for AIEEE 2012?

Candidates appearing in 10+2 (Class XII) in 2013 or passed in 2009 or before are not eligible to appear in AIEEE 2012.

me too a 2009 pass it. wasted 2-3 years in coaching centres. now not in a condition even to apply for the examination .
