All State and Central universities offer two-year MLIS course.
Indian Statistical Institute (ISI), Bangalore, offers MS in Library and Information Science.
National Institute of Science Communication and Information Research (NISCAIR), New Delhi, offers the Associateship in Information Science course, which is equivalent to postgraduation.
