I am doing +2 and opt to do PhD in Humanities. Can I avail Rajiv Gandhi National Fellowships?

You can apply if you satisfy the following
â€¢ Should belong to SC/ST
â€¢ Should have passed the Post Graduate examination.
â€¢ Registered for M.Phil./ Ph.D.
