NET Dec 2011 Application Form

When the application form for the "Net Exam December 2011" will be available on the ugc website? Can you tell me an approximate date / month?

Also is there any classes that I need to attend before appearing for the exam? Please suggest me the methods to prepare.

UGC NET application form is not yet out.... normally it will be available my mid August and the last date will be by 20-25 October
