I have been promoted to 8th std with 75% of marks in 7th.I belong to OBC category. Is there any scholarship that I can apply to?

I think you can apply for Pre Matric Scholarship offered under Prime Minister’s New 15 point programme for the welfare of Minorities.
The Scholarship is to be awarded for minority students from 1st to 10th Standard studying in a Government/ Semi Government/ recognised Private aided/ non- aided/ Permanently non- aided schools.
Scholarship will be awarded to the students who have secured not less than 50% marks in the previous final examination from the year 2010-11 grade system is applicable for 1st to 8th standard so students from 1st to 8th standard secured CI (51-60%) grade are eligible.
Annual income of who’s parents/ Guardian’s from all sources does not exceed Rs. 1 lakh are eligible for the scheme.
