No need to pass through EAMCET-2011
A pass in two year Intermediate examination / Intermediate Vocational / Polytechnic (Home Science related ) Examination conducted by the Board of Intermediate Education / Board of Technical Education A.P. or any other examination recognized as equivalent thereto by the University or Intermediate Board
Criteria for selection:
The candidates shall be selected based on merit in optional subjects of the two year Intermediate Examination as per the rule of reservation. In case of other equivalent examinations passed by the candidates, the weight age of marks obtained in optional subjects shall be reckoned on par with those of the two year Intermediate examination.
In case of a tie in aggregate marks obtained by two or more candidates, the age of the candidates shall be taken into consideration and the older candidates shall be given preference for the seat.
Age:
The candidates for admission to this course in the University shall be required to have completed 17 years of age on 31st December of the year of admission with an upper age limit of 22 years for all the candidates and 25 years in respect of SC and ST candidates and 27 for Physically Challenged candidates.
