I am a HRM Asst. Manager at a public sector firm in Bangalore and prefer to do PGPM at IIM. How many years of working experience are required to apply for the same?

Graduate in any discipline with a minimum of 50% marks or equivalent CGPA and 7 to 15 years full-lime work experience.
