Eligibility for PG in Plantation Management at IIPM Bangalore

I am a BSc Botany pursuing student and opt to do PG in Plantation Management and heard about IIPM. What are the requirements to get admission there?

Eligibility for (PGDM-ABPM)
Any graduate including agricultural and allied disiciplines with a minium of 50% Aggregrate (45% for SC/ST) or equivalent CGPA in Graduation. Candidates appearing in final year exams ie March /April 2011 are also eligible to apply.
I am an Asst. Manager in a Tea estate in ooty and prefer to do a short term course in the related area? Is there any institution that offer related course?

As to my knowledge, Indian Institute of Plantation Management (IIPM) Bangalore offers Short Term Executive Programme on Tea Tasting and Marketing (STEP-TTM) for Managers / Factory Managers / Assistant Managers of Tea Estates.
