The Jawaharlal Institute of Postgraduate Medical Education and Research (JIPMER), Pondicherry, offers B.Sc. nursing and B.Sc. (MLT) programmes.
Duration of the B.Sc. nursing course is four years.
Duration of the B.Sc. (MLT) programme is three years.
The applicants should have passed Plus Two or equivalent examinations, with physics, chemistry, biology/botany, zoology and English, and should have obtained a minimum of 50 per cent marks taken together in physics chemistry and biology/ botany and zoology in the qualifying examinations. For SC/ST students, the minimum marks will be 40 per cent.
