I completed my B.Tech Degree in July 2016. Can I apply for IBPS Clerk CWE 2016 ?

Yes, you can apply for IBPS clerk CWE 2016. The notification reads as " the result should have been declared on or before 12.09.2016." for applying for the examination. If you completed the course and expect the result before 12.09.206, you can apply for the post.
