I am planning to go Singapore to do my Masters there in Fashion Designing.Can i now the eligibility conditions needed to apply for SIA Youth Scholarship.

Applicants for SIA Youth Scholarship must
• Be nationals of India born between 1997 to 1999
• Have completed Standard 10 in the year 2015
• Have outstanding academic results (at least an average of 85%) or minimum ‘A’ in the Standard 10 State/National examinations
• Have taken English as first language in the Standard 10 State/National examinations
• Possess a high level of oral and written competency in English
