No, Papers from outside are not premitted, you need to carry only the following things
Call letter with Passport size photo pasted visit www.ibps.in to download yours Ball point pens and Something that can prove your identity, take 2-3 copies also. Valid id proofs are PAN Card, Voters ID, Passport, Driving License, Bank passbook with photograph, Adhar Card, Employee ID, College ID card or Photo ID issued by a Gazetted Officer.

You will be provided with blank papers for rough work at the exam hall. No need to take it with you.
