Leadership has following characteristics:
(1) A personal quality
(2) A group of followers
(3) A continuous process
(4) A common goal to be achieved.
(5) A process of influencing the behaviour attitudes etc. of the individual
(6) Related to a particular situation
(7) A shared function.
(8) Reciprocal relationship between leader and led.
