According to Davis, "Leadership is the ability to persuade others to seek defied objectives enthusiastically. It is the human factor which binds a group together and motivates it towards goals."
According to the Haimann, "Leadership is the process by which an executive imaginatively directs guides and influences the work of others in choosing and attaining specified goals by mediating between the individuals and the organisation in such a manner that both will obtain maximum satisfaction."
According to Knootz and Donneil, "Leadership is the ability of a manager to induce subordinates to work with confidence and zeal."
