hello people ,
i am apply for a scholarship to study abroad.(for Master's in computer science)
but in the eligibility criteria there's a condition
"The student must have graduated throughout the regular course"
can anyone tell me the exact meaning of the sentence ?
i had failed a year in B.E (due to illness) i.e. it took me 5 years instead of 4 to complete the course.
do i fit in the eligibility criteria mentioned above ?
