CAT application for Final year student

I am studying for my final year Chemistry B.Sc programme in Pune University. My Final year results will be out only by June 2014. Can I apply for CAT 2013 ?

You can write the examination. No problem. If selected you will be allowed to join the programme provisionally, only if you submits a certificate latest by June 30, 2014 from the Principal/Registrar of your College/Institute (issued on or before June 30, 2014) stating that the candidate has completed all the requirements for obtaining the bachelor’s degree/equivalent qualification on the date of the issue of the certificate.
