Can I know the procedure to apply for IIST Phd 2013? How much is the fees to be paid? Is there concession for backward class? Can I get the address to where the application has to be sent?

IIST Phd 2013 Application form can be downloaded from IIST website http://www.iist.ac.in/admission/ph-d/adm...nuary-2013

Duly filled application forms along with attested copies of required documents should be sent to The Administrative Officer, IIST, Valiamala Post, Thiruvananthapuram - 69S 547 with the superscription "Application for IIST Ph.D. Programme - January 2013". Application form should be accompanied by a fee of Rs.250/- ((125/- for SC/ST candidates) in the form of Demand Draft drawn in favour of The Registrar, IIST payable at Thiruvananthapuram.
