You can get the application form from http://www.btisnet.gov.in/IYBA2012/iyba2012.pdf to apply for DBT Innovative Young Biotechnologist Award. Applications (1 copy) neatly typed on plain paper in the prescribed format alongwith enclosures & certified copies to be sent to Dr. T. Madhan Mohan, Adviser, Department of Biotechnology, Block-2, CGO Complex, Lodhi Road, New Delhi – 110 003.
