From where can I get the application form to apply for Integrated MTech Phd offered at Indian Institute of Astrophysics (IIA) , Bangalore?

You may apply online at http://www.iiap.res.in/phd2012_beta/?q=selection.php for Integrated MTech Phd of Indian Institute of Astrophysics, Bangalore.
There are TWO steps in the application procedure. Candidates must first register by entering their name and valid e-mail address in the appropriate registration boxes at the above said link. A welcome message with further instructions will be sent to entered e-mail address. The Application Form also requires the names and e-mail addresses of two referees. If candidate qualify written Exam then we will contact the referees requesting them to fill and submit the online Confidential Assessment Form. The candidates should inform their referees about the Assessment Form. Admit cards (Hall tickets) will be sent by emails to the candidates in due course.
