I have completed +2 with 358 marks in commerce. Can I apply for CBSE Central Sector Scheme of Scholarship for College students to continue my studies for BCom?

The eligibility to apply for CBSE Central Sector Scheme of Scholarship for College and university students are:
Passed Senior School Certificate Examination 2012 conducted by CBSE securing the total aggregate marks for commerce should be at least 396.
Income of parents of the applicant from all sources should not exceed Rs 4.5 lakh

As you have secured only 358, you may not be able to apply for the same.
