I am born on 05-07-2012. What is the age limit specified for Grant of Permanent Commission in the Army?

The age limit specified for for Indian Army Pre Final Year University Entry Scheme is not below 18 yrs and not over 24 yrs ie; born between 02 Jul 89 and 01 Jul 95.
i am a student of 5th sem(3rd year) pre final year,,,,i have passed 1st and 3rd sem but i have 2 back logs in my 2nd sem and my 4th sem result is awating. plz tell me that can i apply for UES SCHEME INDIAN ARMY. PLZ REPLY FAST
