From where can I get the online application form to submit application for B.E. admission at Govt. colleges called by Maharashtra Directorate of Technical Education?

The "Online Application Form" is available www.dte.org.in/fe2012 . You are required to fill in the Online Application Form, take the printout of the Online Application Form and Confirm the Online Application Form in person along with duly signed printout of the Online Application form, required documents (both originals & attested copies) at the ARC.

what about the diploma holders? can they apply through lateral entry ?
