I have completed PG and wishes to do research in UK.What is the eligibility required to apply for Nehru Centenary British Fellowship?

The eligibility required is
Masters degree in the subject related field with 60% marks
Uniformly good academic record.
An Indian national residing in India
Have an adequate knowledge of geography, culture and heritage of Britain
Stay consecutively for 2 years in India after return.
