I am planning to do Phd. I wish to apply for IITB- Monash Scholarship 2013. Who all can apply for IITB- Monash Scholarship 2013?

Candidates with the following eligibility may apply for IITB- Monash Scholarship 2013:
a first class Masters degree in Engineering or Science (or an MBA) from a reputed university, or
a Bachelors Degree in Eng/Science (with high GPA), should take advantage of this unique opportunity to acquire an internationally recognized qualification and pursue a career in research.
