CBIP Post Diploma Thermal Power Plant Engineering eligibility for sponsored candidate

I am working in KSEB and for my career development; I want to do Post Diploma Course in Thermal Power Plant Engineering conducted by Central Board of Irrigation & Power (CBIP), New Delhi. What is the eligibility required, if I am sponsored by the Electricity Board?

For those sponsored by State Electricity Boards / Power Utilities and Private Companies require at least one year post qualification experience as on 26.03.2012 and minimum 60% marks in 10th/12th and Diploma Course are also eligible to apply.
