Hello..
Many Universities offering Hindi B.Ed. programs in Distance Mode. But only go for B.Ed distance if you are a regular teacher. You can do distance program if you are a teacher in a Govt. Institution, say, a primary school. Otherwise do regular programs.
The best distance B.Ed program is offered by IGNOU. They are offering Hindi B.Ed. contact your nearest IGNOU regional center
