I am attaching some model question papers for IBPS IT Officer scale I and scale II examinations. These question papers are collected from other similar professional examinations and found to be useful for IBPS specialist IT officer examination also.
Please note: Some Questions will be a bit higher standard than that is asked in IBPS examinations. Don't worry and just give a try.
