What all documents are required to apply for KVPY Fellowship that should be sent along with the application form?

You should have the following documents that is needed to apply for KVPY Fellowship:
i) Caste certificate issued by a competent authority in the prescribed pro forma in the case of SC/ST students.
ii) Medical certificate from the prescribed authority in case of physically and visually challenged students certifying the percentage of disability.
iii) Copy of the marks statement of the qualifying examination(s).
iv) Original pay-in-slip

KVYP is a national program of fellowship funded by the Department of science and technology, Government of India.
You must require following documents:-
1) Caste certificate for those who belongs to Scheduled Cast and Scheduled Tribes.
2) Medical Certificate for physically and visually challenged students.
3) Original payment slip.
4) Mark sheet of qualifying examination.
