BHEL FAEA scholarship to Engineering abroad

I am going to do B.E. from UK. Can I know whether BHEL FAEA scholarship is given to do courses abroad?

BHEL FAEA scholarships are given to pursue undergraduate studies in arts/ commerce/ science/ medical/ engineering and other technical and professional disciplines at any university/ institution/ college in India. Studies abroad are not covered under BHEL FAEA scholarship.
