Difference between RRB Assistant and Bank Clerk jobs

Hello... Please tell me what is the difference between IBPS RRB Multipurpose Assistant and Clerk jobs, which one is having higher salary and job better profile ?

RRB Assistant and clerk posts are almost the same, sharing similar job profile and salary.  But preference should be on Bank Clerk application because the opportunities of promotion and career progression is better there compared to the RRB's.
